Has anyone hiked the Pinchot Trail in PA?

I found this hike as I was searching for some near home and it looks interesting. It is a LONG hike at 14 miles and they put the time at 8 hours. I've also read of folks splitting it into 2 days and camping after the first 7 miles or so. Does anyone have any experience on this trail?

We haven't done this, or as much hiking in PA as we'd like to since a lot of the trails are 2+ hrs away for us.

14 miles is doable if you work up to it, we've done 17m in day, especially on a hike that doesn't have a lot of elevation gain. It does make for a long day though.... but that just makes your post-hike celebratory meal/beer/ice cream taste all that much better....
