Looking for hikes in or around Gloucester County, NJ

Any good hikes or trails in the Gloucetser County area?  I'm just starting out, so nothing too strenuous please.  If there are other hikers in this area looking for someone to hike with, then let me know.

Hi Valerie - Have you tried the Woods of Wenonah? It's not strenuous, and it's not very remote, but it's a decent option in the area. I'm not familiar with much else in Gloucester, but I just saw that Scotland Run park has some nature trails so that may be worth a look.

If you head south, Parvin State Park is good for easy hiking. Head east to the pine barrens, most trails there are flat and easy. Maybe something like Batsto Lake Trail.

If you are willing to venture in PA or DE, you might want to check out 60 Hikes within 60 Miles of Philadelphia or Best Day Hikes Near Philadelphia.

Hope that helps a bit!
