Thinking of heading to water gap this weekend,can anyone tell me if river rd is open.the raod by worthington st.pk?

Last Sunday (Feb. 24th), River Road was open from Route 80, past Millbrook Village, to the road to Blue Mtn. Lake, where we turned off, and beyond.
