Black River Trail - Patriots Path

I'm not sure if anyone can help with this riddle, but here goes...
I have done the Black River Trail (Cooper Mill to Kay Environmental Center loop) to Patriots Path a few times.
Today a friend and I went just a few miles away from Cooper Mill to Hacklebarney State Park. It's a beautiful park also on the Black River. It has been impossible to get a trail map for Hacklebarney.
My question is whether anyone knows if the trail systems connect. The closest I could find is a possible link with Patriots Path.

You'd think they would, but I'm not sure if they actually link or not. A Hacklebarney map has proved elusive for us too, and all we have to use is a map from the "Hiking the Jersey Highlands" book which may not be showing all the trails. The Patriots Path map doesn't seem to have anything that links up either. I attached a screen shot of our GPS trail data from the area and you can see where the trails come close.

There is a large green area of Hacklebarney on this screenshot that we haven't hiked, and perhaps that is due to a large portion of the park being off limits to hikers and hunting only: "about two-thirds of the park are reserved for hunting and kept separate from the public access portion. Only 273 of 893 acres are for hiking.

Thank you so much for the map! I have hiked some of the green trail, but not all of it.
I read someplace that private property may separate the 2 trails. :(
